In addition to practicing law, I teach a class in Florida Real Estate Law at Stetson University College of Law. In the class last night, I told the students that sometime between now and the final exam I would be posting one of the exam questions on my blog. Once the exam is over I will also post the answer to the question on the blog. As at least one of the students has already discovered, some of the prior postings on the blog may give them clues to other exam questions or might be of help to them in solving the hypothetical problems on which they have to report.
